SHIPPING & PICK-UP INFORMATION

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
PICK-UP LOCATION
Items offered on our website are only available for pick-up at the gym 24640 Wiley Canyon Rd. Newhall, CA 91321.
If you are interested in having an item/s shipped to you it can be arranged via email at info@remedyathletix.com, Subject: Product Shipping Request. All shipments will be mailed via USPS at our earliest convenience (shipping fees apply). Any shipments outside of the United States are not available currently.
DELIVERY TIME
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once we receive your shipping request and shipping payment. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [15] business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except weekend and holidays.
Please note we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
SHIPPING COSTS & DAMAGED ITEMS IN TRANSPORT
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. We will contact you with the shipping costs and you will be responsible for providing shipping fees. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any additional shipping charges via email.

REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY - APPAREL, BOWS & PRODUCTS
At Remedy Athletix we offer a no refund, exchange only policy.
We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at info@remedyathletix.com Subject: Exchange Request or come into the gym with details of the product and the defect.
Items you consider to be defective should be returned to the gym in-person, or you can ship to:

Exchanges do not include any shipping and handling charges. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts exchanged will not include the cost of shipping.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

All sales are final, and the following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Program Uniform (after order has been placed). Exception – if the uniform is ill fitting upon arrival, a replacement will be provided. If a parent/guardian’s signature was obtained on sizing approval sheet, replacement of the uniform will be the financial responsibility of the parent/guardian of the athlete.
Once the items above are purchased, you will not be able to return them for a replacement or refund.
